The Orientation Team is an integral part of the orientation experience. These volunteer student leaders are carefully chosen to be ambassadors of Rutgers University to new students and their families. As a member of the Orientation Team, you will have the unique opportunity to be one of the first contacts that new Scarlet Knights have with our community. You will be able to share your experiences, help building community, and assist new students in their transition to Rutgers.
As a member of the Orientation Team, we will provide you with many opportunities for personal development in areas such as general leadership, public speaking, group dynamics, motivation, and team building. The Orientation Team also has fun while sharing its Rutgers spirit with new students and each other!
