Tuyet-Hanh Schnell has been in the engineering field for over 18 years with over 7 years experience in engineering management. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University. Hanh has a diverse professional background and has worked in both the government and commercial industry in domain areas of digital design for signal processing for radars and satellites, proposal development, embedded software development, application design and development, hardware and software testing, and command and control systems design.
Mrs. Schnell was been a champion of process improvement helping her software product groups to achieve SEI CMM Levels 4 and 5 assessments. She has also been an advocate for talented individuals across the organization and actively mentors engineers and managers. Always willing to give back to the community, Hanh captains a bowling team each year to raise money for Junior Achievement, teaches second grade students about the solar system, trains cooperative education students on the subject ethics in the workplace, and serves as Secretary for a non-profit organization.
Mrs. Schnell is a mother of two school-age children. She has been a manager of several different groups and is currently the Senior Manager for a Systems Engineering department of 100 engineers at Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, New Jersey.
