Christine LaCroix, Partner Deloitte

Christine LaCroix has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting and has been known within the firm as a high-performing partner. She has significant experience serving manufacturing, energy and utility companies. Her areas of specialization include SEC reporting, regulatory accounting, foreign currency, consolidation and equity method investments, and accounting for de-regulation.

Presently, she serves as the audit partner on the operating subsidiaries of PSEG, Public Service Electric & Gas Company, PSEG Energy Holdings LLC and serves other New Jersey energy clients.

She also spent two years in the national office of her firm addressing assurance professional practice risk related matters, a job reserved for her company’s best and brightest associates.

She is a CPA licensed in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the New Jersey State Society of CPAs.

She graduated from Hofstra University with a BBA in Accounting.

Within her firm she is actively involved with their Northeast WIN program (Women's Initiative), and serves as an advisory partner to a group of 25 Manager level women in the Northeast region. This group, Focus Forward, was established to assist women managers develop skill sets needed to be successful at the higher levels within her firm and in their careers. She also mentors women in college as part of a program called WINGS. The program is sponsored by her firm and other NJ companies in conjunction with Rutgers University. The program provides college women opportunities to network with Women in Business and build the skills to be successful in the workplace.

In closing, she is an actively involved mother of two young children who continues to the find the time to give back to the community and serve NJ’s youth while growing as one of NJ’s top female leaders in her industry.
