Student Orientation Leadership Team
Congratulations on your decision to become a Scarlet Knight! As the eight students who comprise the leadership team for New Student Orientation 2009, we are very excited to welcome you to our community. Our mission is to give you the tools, advice and information that you will need to be successful in your years at Rutgers. We'll help you navigate the University's resources and campuses, learn about college expectations and values, and realize the true spirit of being a Scarlet Knight.
You'll find one of the greatest points of pride we hold as Rutgers students comes from the diversity of our community, the diversity of our experiences and the diversity of the opportunities available to each and every student.
At Rutgers you can achieve anything or become anyone you choose to be. The decisions you make and the path you choose will be your own. Throughout your college career, we encourage you to explore and participate in as many activities, ideas, lectures, events and organizations as possible, to expand your horizons, and find your own niche in our thriving and vibrant community.
All new students are expected to register and attend a Summer Orientation session. New students will be able to register for Summer Orientation through the Enrollment Pathway after May 1st, 2009.
