Scarlet Capital Management

  • Technology and Economics Club (TEC) endeavors to inform the student population of the ongoing and emerging innovations in the global economy. In doing so, students gain an understanding of the dynamic between technology and economics to better comprehend how the marketplace evaluates new products and ideas. TEC examines the creativity and genius that lead to cutting edge innovations as well as the economic principles that influence their adoption. TEC will host events and invite guest speakers during the semester, and will conduct research projects on emerging markets.

The Seeker

  • This journal is meant to explore the origins and foundations of many practices and innovations still alive in society today. It is meant to expose the initial roots that have sparked modern practices in areas such as medicine, law, politics, literature, and art. Each issue will feature a single time period, such as “The Ninth Century” in which the journal highlights the birth of the fundamental innovations that have shaped modern practices, and connect these origins to the practices today. For each time period featured, different areas of academic interest are examined, such as those noted above (medicine, law, politics, etc.). The newsletter is meant to unify the Rutgers community and welcome it to see the historic foundations of modern society with a clearer perspective, visualizing the many different aspects of it that they may not learn about otherwise.
