Lead Team

Do you enjoy making presentations? Would you like to learn how to conduct training? Then the Lead Team is for you.

The Lead Team is open to Rutgers undergraduate students. Students will be trained to present workshops on various leadership topics to peers. These workshops, called Leadership Take-Out, will be 45 minutes to an hour or so in length.

The Lead Team will be trained to give presentations to fellow student groups, including: student organizations, residence life groups, and other student groups. Workshop topics will include, but are not limited to: motivation, team building, goal setting, time management, event planning, event management, event planning, leadership styles, communication and marketing.

• Goal Setting
• Conflict Management

Workshops are led by trained student facilitators, known as the Lead Team, and/or university staff. The Lead Team will come to a designated meeting time and place will facilitate different activities based on what your needs are.

To request a Leadership Take-Out Workshop, please email . Please submit your request at least two weeks prior to the date requested. We will make every attempt to meet your request. Requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
