Student Organization Officer Training was created to train new officers of all registered Rutgers University student organizations. Workshops are designed to train as many students as possible so they have the basic tools and information of what it means to be an officer in their respective organizations. Topics covered range from training students on how to use their budget, follow proper procedures required of Treasurers, mock program planning, meeting management, recruitment retention & motivation of members. Workshops may vary depending on what the needs of the students are that particular year.
